Dubai Knowledge Village was founded in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, as part of Dubai Strategy 2015 to develop the region’s talent pool and accelerate its move into a knowledge-based economy.

Launched in 2003 as a free zone, and as a member of TECOM Investments, Dubai Knowledge Village offers world class amenities and services to its Business Partners including complete foreign ownership, total exemption from taxes, full repatriation of capital and profits as well as a seamless incorporation and visa issuance procedures.

We are proud to host over 450 companies comprising a variety of knowledge-based businesses ranging from training and development centres to human resources management and consultancy services. A vibrant growth over the years has gained Dubai Knowledge Village the reputation as a regional destination for human capital management.
