| DKV and MAWJ Training Present the 2012 Change Management Conference |
| Sunday, 05 February 2012 | Dubai Knowledge Village and MAWJ Training & Conferences hosted the 2012 Middle East Change Management Conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Abu Dhabi Yas Island. The event, held from the 1st to 2nd of February 2012, centered on the theme of "Succeeding Through Change Management."
The 2 day event, sponsored by Dubai Knowledge Village, Prosci and Musanada among others, featured round table interactive sessions, expert panel discussions, presentations and networking opportunities with speakers from ENOC, Dubal, IBM, SAP and Xonitek.
Mr. Ibrahim Moosa Jamel, Director of Operations, TECOM Investments Education Cluster, presented on case studies on the implementation of GRP and ERP, as well as planned VS unplanned change management and the use of Kurt Lewin’s change management in implementing change.
The event brought over 150 HR professionals to discuss the latest research and trends in change management as well as success stories in current change management projects.
