PRM Team

The Partner Relationship Management (PRM) team aims to support our business partners through facilitating customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our PRM Team aims to ensure that our business partners’ stay with DKV is a mutually beneficial experience.

The team handles and manages requirements and issues of business partners to ensure that resolution and appropriate feed back to customers is tracked, while conducting partner satisfaction / fulfillment surveys

The PRM Team also facilitates communication channels for partner promotion, events and free zone announcements, as well as organising regular client visits.
